ATSF B23-7 6368 was one of several B23-7's upgraded to 3000hp (notice the 3000 hp stencil underneath the road number on the cab) for a short time. It was subsequently renumbered to 7203 also for a short time. Here it leads an eastbound manifest at Marcel, CA on the Tehachapi grade, in December 1988.
