BN U30C B 4500 gets moving just west of Alliance, NE in August 1986. Sandwiched between C30-7 5517 and SD40-2 7184, the 4500 is a unique unit. It was rebuilt as a B unit from the 5336. When this picture was made the 4500 had less than six months of service ahead of it as it was retired in February 1987.
