BN SD40-2's 7263 ad 7247 await their next helper assignment Belle Ayr, WY in the Powder River Basin in October 1994. This helper set has a fuel tender spliced between the two locomotives, allowing them much more time between refuelling, since as helpers they don't get to a terminal often. They are waiting for a train to help over the grade to Donkey Creek.
