BNSF C44-9W 4046 leads three other C44-9W's eastbound at Winona, AZ on March 24, 2012. The snow on the San Francisco mountains was enhanced by a snowfall of up to 57 inches (at the ski area) one week earlier. Although Flagstaff and the surrounding area also received significant snow, it mostly melted over the week.
