BNSF B40-8W's 551 and 556 and GP39M 2821 wait in front of the Omaha Burlington passenger depot await permission to head on to Union Pacific rails in order to cross the Missouri river into Iowa on a gloomy, rainy day (May 20, 2011). The contrast between the 556 in its original Santa Fe warbonnet livery and the repainted 551 is very stark indeed. The 2821 was originally a GP30 but was rebuilt as a GP39M by Morrison-Knudsen. The story of the Burlington depot is described in a Wikipedia article on the internet.
