BNSF 6645 passes through Dalies junction on February 9, 2012.

The newest technology passes some of the oldest as BNSF ES44C4 6645 leads its double stack train through Dalies junction, New Mexico on February 9, 2012. The ATSF cantilever signal bridges and searchlight signals represent decades old technology. Their replacement color light signals are very visible. The raven on the far right cantilever signal bridge will soon lose his perch, and it or whoever owns the nest below the signal will have to look for a new home location. Both lead units are ES44C4's. All three soon to be history signal bridges are visible in this picture.
