Southern Pacific SD45R 7559 is part of a helper set which has just had another unit added on to its set at Edison, CA which is east of Bakersfield, in April 1988. This helper set will later be cut into the middle of a freight heading up the Tehachapi grade.. The 7559 was later acquired by the MRL and became the MRL 330.
