Southern Pacific GP60 9740 has entered the block ahead of Pantano, AZ. The lower quadrant semaphores are still doing their duty in October 1992. This track was signaled with semaphores for eastbound traffic only, whereas track 1 (the newer line) had bi-directional traffic.
