Southern Pacific 4449 lead by 7308 rounds the curve at Sandcut, CA for what would have been a perfect shot, except that SP's hotshot "Oilcan" was there slightly before the 4449 on May 8, 1989 as the 4449 was heading home from its stay in Los Angeles. Still, it created an interesting image.
