Union Pacific C30-7 2504 is the final unit in a C30 "sandwich", with lead unit 2527. The two middle units are Santa Fe's SF30C 9520 and GE's "Super 7" (C30-S7) unit 3007. The 3007 is one of ten of these GE's that were on a short term lease to UP when it was power short in 1990-91. The 3007 was rebuilt using up to date components by GE from ex MILW (later SOO) U30C 5657. The ATSF 9520 was rebuilt by Santa Fe from U36C 8727 in 1987 and was retired in 1997.
