Union Pacific SD40-2 2981 (ex CNW 6833) crossing Highland Acres road just east of Marshalltown, IA with the Marshalltown-Des Moines mixed freight on May 14, 2002. The 2981 was retired less than a year later in April 2003. Is the emu on the left a railfan?
