Highlight for April 2017

GMTX 9014 passes thgough Old Saybrook CT on May 30, 2013.

GMTX SD60 9014 (originally Oakway 9014) is on the rear of the Providence and Worcester RR rock train as it leaves the Old Saybrook, CT Amtrak and Shoreline station on May 30, 3013. It's a long way from its original coal service from the Powder river basin on the BN. The B30-7AB unit ahead of it, PW 3006 also originally saw its service on the Burlington Northern. The unit was leased by P&W but now is leased by its parent company: New England Central.

Welcome to jlmrrphotos.com. This is a family oriented site with over 1000 railroad photgraphs that I've made over the last 61 years. Normally new images are added periodically. The newest postings are placed in the Latest Images gallery. Images are subsequently moved to their respective galleries by railroad, or in the steam or electric galleries.
